Sound Healing Grand Master Yogi Akash Provides Wheelchairs for the Needy Peoples in Nepal

Chitwan, Nepal. Wheelchairs have been distributed to 10 physically challenged people in Ratnanagar Municipality. Mayor Pralad Sapkota, Deputy Mayor Yadav Prasad Pathak, Women Development Officer Deepa Ghimire and others distributed the wheelchairs at a program organized at the municipality on Monday.

Those who received wheelchairs are Krishna Prasad Poudel and Laxmi Devi Ghimire of Ratnanagar-12, Ujeli Kumari Giri of Ratnanagar-13, Netraman Shrestha, Khunta Bahadur Adhikari, Krishna Sarki, Rajesh Pudasaini, Yoga Thapa of Ratnanagar-14, Lekh Kumari Sinkhara of Ratnanagar-15, and Baburam Ghimire of Ratnanagar-16.

Speaking at the program, Mayor Sapkota said that the municipality has been providing assistance to the poor, helpless, and disabled people by prioritizing them, adding that the municipality has been playing a guardian role for such people.

The wheelchairs distributed at the event were provided to the municipality by Akash Banjara, director of Natural Sound Healing International School, on the occasion of his daughter Anvi Banjara’s birthday, in accordance with the announcement to distribute them to physically challenged people.

Banjara, a young businessman who has been doing business in Hong Kong, has been spreading the message of humanity, service and harmony by prioritizing social responsibility even while living abroad. He has been playing a supporting role to families affected by floods, landslides, disasters, diseases and poverty, orphaned children, seriously ill patients and helpless people since the past.

He has been supporting nine helpless students in Gorkha, Kathmandu and Chitwan to study. He is the founding president of the International Federation of Young Entrepreneurs Hong Kong and the central vice-president of the Global Gorkha Society and has provided direct employment to more than 150 people in Nepal.
